When weβre stressed, our breath becomes shallow, keeping us stuck in fight-or-flight mode. Just a few minutes of breathwork can shift you into a state of calm clarity.
β Try This: Take 10 deep belly breathsβinhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6.

Resilience isnβt about avoiding stressβitβs about having the tools to come back to balance. Simple resets like a 2-minute stretch, a deep breath, or a short walk can break the cycle of burnout.
β Try This: Set a reminder on your phone to step away for 2 minutes every hourβbreathe, move, reset.
Burnout doesnβt mean youβre weak. It doesnβt mean youβre not capable. It just means your body is asking for a new way of being.
