What to expect from the session
Join Moray-based practitioners, Katieanne of KDB Energy® and Justine of Mind & Body Mobility, for a cozy and soothing morning by the woodburning stoves at our lovely Steading.
Katieanne will lead a restorative yoga session designed to melt tension, soothe the nervous system, and bring deep relaxation to both body and mind. Through gentle stretching, mindful movement, and calming breathwork, she will guide participants into a state of deep rest and renewal, leaving them feeling grounded, recharged, and at ease.
Justine will guide an immersive sound bath combining gentle breathwork, guided meditation and Yoga Nidra with the resonant frequencies of crystal bowls. The session is designed to melt tension from the body while easing the mind into a quieter, more spacious place. These vibrations travel through the body, helping muscles soften, the vagus nerve settle and brainwaves shift into deeper restorative states.
Afterwards there will be time to connect with others over a warm drink and a healthy snack. The perfect way to spend a winter's Sunday morning.

Katieanne Duncan-Bruce, founder of award-winning KDB Energy®, is a specialist in women’s wellness, yoga, and mindfulness. About Justine
Justine at Mind and Body Mobility blends her academic background in neuropsychology with exercise science with over 400 hours of advanced yoga training, she specialises in Myofascial Release, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, somatics, meditation, breathwork and sound therapy. She’s also certified in mat pilates, applied nutrition, kinesiology and a range of bodywork and massage modalities, blending functional and holistic approaches into one grounded framework.
