Join our Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga classes in Lossiemouth and enjoy a safe, supportive space to recover, reconnect, and bond with your baby. Led by award-winning Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Katieanne Duncan-Bruce (Scottish Health & Fitness Awards, Pre/Post Natal Trainer of the Year), these gentle 45-minute sessions combine postnatal yoga, baby yoga, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Perfect for easing postnatal aches, rebuilding strength, and boosting wellbeing, while also giving your baby sensory play and connection.

Classes run every Tuesday from 10am – 10.45am at Lossie Entertainment Academy. Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth (or 8–10 weeks after a C-section), mums, babies, and even proud grans are welcome to join this small, friendly circle. Each class ends with a calming cup of herbal tea, time to chat, and community support.
