Join us on Tuesday 7th October (7:00โ€“8:15 pm) for a special full moon yoga event in collaboration with Lossie Entertainment Academy Scotland.

Weโ€™ll begin indoors with gentle yoga and journalling, then (weather permitting) head to the beach for a grounding full moon ritual under Octoberโ€™s Hunterโ€™s Moon.

A beautiful evening of movement, mindfulness, and moonlightโ€”perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

โ€˜Dance & Destressโ€™ Workshop

We are excited to announce our next Mum Meets event: KDB Energy โ€˜Dance & De-stress' Workshop on Sunday 24th August 12pm-3pm at @zodiacperformingsarts_studios in Elgin.

'A feel-good fusion of fun, beginner-friendly dance, mindful movement, and guided relaxation โ€“ designed to lift your mood, calm your mind, and connect with other mums. No experience needed โ€“ just come as you are!'


Mum Meets are FREE thanks to funding from Third Sector Interface Moray , however we do ask that you let us know if you can no longer attend as we usually have a waiting list.
It is open to mums/birthing people only (no partners or children) and is an opportunity to meet likeminded people & make new friends.

Whether your child is 2 or 20, we would love to welcome you along to make connections, learn a new skill and take some much needed 'You Time' (especially needed after the summer holidays!)
