  • To book a space in the block you will be required to pay a £20 deposit. The remaining balance for the block is due 7 days before your first class. Your space in the class is not confirmed until full payment is made.

  • The main reason the classes are in blocks is because we cover a different topic each week and follow a structured class plan to make sure everything is covered during the course. Booking is essential as I will look through your health questionnaire in advance to make sure I am prepared for everything.

  • Due to the reason above, it is not possible to transfer a space to a friend.

  • Although both styles are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis…

COREPLAY is a dynamic yoga practice focused on strengthening the BAP’s - Back, Abs & Pelvic floor. • A: Nurture is suitable immediately postpartum and is not a physical exercise class. Nurture focuses on self-care for Mum and includes baby massage. Mum can come along to the class with or without baby. There is no cut off age for baby. I’ve had a class with a week old baby in it and a one year old.

Yogabellies for Mum & Baby is a postnatal yoga class for Mum with yoga for baby too. This class is safe exercise and suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or 8-10 weeks after a C Section. Its suitable up until baby is around 10 months old or very mobile.

  • Coreplay is not suitable for women under 6 months post partum as it is a rigorous, dynamic and firery practice working the abdominal muscles.

There is a postnatal class dedicated to the needs and safe core rebuilding (Yogabellies for Mum & Baby) and you can attend this with or without baby.

Luna is suitable and safe for post natal.

  • That’s absolutely fine! I’ve had twins, so anything goes and I completely understand. My classes are a relaxed, no judgement zone and I encourage you to have the freedom to do whatever you need to do. If you need to feed baby during the class, go for it. If you need to walk around with your baby, that’s fine! You can just have a nice cuddle with your baby and try some of the exercises at home in your own time.

You may find that your child cries during part of the massage or yoga session. I don’t mind! This is completely normal and does not mean that you are doing something wrong or that your child does not like what you are doing. If your child begins to cry during the massage you are the best judge of whether to finish the massage or continue. Try to identify why your child is crying and if you feel your child has had enough, then have a cuddle and try a bit later. Remember you are learning about massage and yoga together. If you have an active or sensitive child, then keep sessions short. A little bit of massage works wonders!

  • I would definitely recommend the post natal class (Yogabellies for Mum & Baby). You can attend this class with or without baby.

This is a subject close to my heart as I have had surgery to repair my severe Diastasis Recti. This was what led me to undertake this training.

  • If you miss a session, don’t worry we repeat everything each week and you can catch up with anything you are unsure of. If you need extra help, just ask your teacher.

Please note that there are no refunds for missed classes, as we will have kept this space in our limited class size just for you.

If you know before booking a block that you have a holiday or appointment already organised - please get in touch beforehand to let me know.

  • My classes are a safe space in a welcoming environment. You will not need to worry about anything as the classes are suitable for women of all shape, size and ability! Please feel free to get in touch with me for a chat first, so I can hopefully put your mind at rest :)

  • Unfortunately we cannot allow any other children that are not part of the class to be in the class. This is for health and safety purposes, insurance and class numbers.

There is also a meditation and relaxation for mum & baby at the end so we want to try and keep distractions to a minimum - allowing you to have the best experience possible!

  • A) Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant up until birth

  • A: There are times when it would not be appropriate to massage/practice yoga with your child. If your child is suffering from any of the following conditions it would not be advisable to massage;

    -Acute infections

    -Fever

    -Sickness

    -Diarrhoea

    -Undiagnosed lumps and bumps

    -Contagious Disease

    -Serious Skin Complaints

    -Respiratory or Heart Problems

    -Recent Surgery

    -Open Sores

    -Inflammation

-Less than 72 hours after immunization (on local area)

-Any serious acute or chronic health disorders

    -Epilepsy

    -Any immune system dysfunction

You may also feel that there are other times when it is inappropriate to massage or practice yoga with your child. You know your child best so listen to your instincts when deciding if a massage is appropriate.

  • Relax! The majority of people who come to the classes have never done it before either, so don’t worry. Only do what you can do, and I encourage you to go at your own pace. The class is there for YOU, so take any options that you need and also don’t worry if you have a baby that doesn’t want to join in.
